REGULAR MEMBER

Eligibility
Any depository institution whose deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and having a deposit taking facility in the State of Rhode Island or any other state or federally chartered bank of savings bank having a presence in the State of Rhode Island, may become eligible for regular membership in the Association upon written application to, and approval by, the Board of Directors, and upon payment of such dues as shall be provided for by the Bylaws.

Please complete the application with all requested information.  All applicants are subject to review and approval of the Association's Board of Directors.
